The Searles Estate tour showcases buildings designed by architect Henry Vaughan, artwork by American sculptor Thomas Ball, finely detailed wood carvings by master German woodcarver Johannes Kirchmayer, and 19th-century Renaissance Revival carved furniture and sculpture by Italian artist Luigi Frullini, all bringing Old World craftsmanship and Gilded Age ambition vividly to life under one roof.

Please Note Before You Register
- No children under age 6; no unaccompanied minors
- No backpacks or large bags; no food or drinks
- No restrooms available on site
- Not ADA accessible — stairways and long corridors, no elevator
- No air conditioning and limited air circulation inside; temperatures can be high. If you're sensitive to heat or have breathing issues, you may prefer to stay on the grounds outdoors.

Format
A guided walking tour through the historic buildings and grounds of the Searles Estate, presented by the Friends of The Searles Estate and the City of Methuen. Expect stairways and long corridors along the way.
Group Size
Each tour is limited to 20 attendees to keep the experience personal. Reserve early — spots are first come, first served.
Wear comfortable shoes for stairways and long corridors. The buildings have no air conditioning and limited air circulation, so temperatures inside can be high. A liability waiver acknowledgment is required to attend.
